Can I still collect responses to my evaluation if some or all respondents are unable to use or access the Internet?

If some or all of your evaluation respondents are unable to use or access the Internet, you can print the evaluation and distribute it to your respondents and then use the Add Data Manually function to add the data you collect so that it can be analysed by TrainingCheck.

To print the evaluation:

  • Click on the My Projects tab and then on the title of the project which contains your evaluation. This will open the project.
  • Click the [Edit] icon located to the right of the title of your evaluation.
  • Click the [Print] button located in the top right corner of the page. This will create an MS Word document containing your evaluation.
  • Check that you are happy with the printable version, then print the document in the usual way using the MS Word commands/menus.

 

To manually add data collected from respondents:

  • Click on the My Projects tab and then on the title of the project which contains your evaluation. This will open the project.
  • Click the [Collect Responses] icon located to the right of the title of your evaluation. This takes you to the data collection options page.
  • Click the [Add Data Manually] button. This will launch your evaluation and you can now enter your response data.
  • If you want to add more than one set of data, save and exit the evaluation and then click the [Add Data Manually] button again. This will reset the evaluation (no data will be lost) and launch the evaluation again ready for your new responses. Do this each time you need to add new sets of data.
  • If you want to edit the last response entered, you can do so by clicking the [Edit Previous] button. This will relaunch the evaluation with the previous responses visible and available to edit.
