How can I distribute (collect responses for) my evaluation?

Begin by opening your project, then click the [Collect Responses] icon next to the evaluation name.  

You can then choose from the following collection options. The option you choose will determine how the evaluation is administered and the kinds of responses you will be able to receive. There are 4 options:

1) Use your Address Book:  With this method you upload your email addresses into our system and we distribute a unique, tracking link to each recipient in your list when you send out your customised invitation message.

You will be able to track who has responded and send out follow ups and reminder messages. Respondents will be able to go back and update/add to their response at any time until you decide to close the evaluation. Learn more... 

2) Send an Email Link using your usual Email Program:  You can use this method if you want to use your usual email programme to send a link to your evaluation. Responses will be anonymous unless you specifically include questions in your evaluation which require respondents to give personal data. 3) Create a Web Page/Popup Link:  You can use this method if you want your respondents to access the evaluation via a Web Page Link or a Popup window within your website. Responses will be anonymous unless you specifically include questions in your evaluation which require respondents to give personal data Learn more...

4) Add Data Manually: You can use this function to launch your evaluation so that you can add data to it manually. This is useful if, for example, you have collected data from hand completed evaluations, interviews, focus groups, desk research etc.

You can take the evaluation as many times as you like by clicking on the [Add Data Manually] button. Each time you do this the previous response will be saved and a new, fresh evaluation will launch. You can edit your most recent response by clicking the [Edit Previous] button. Learn more...
