How can I use tokens in my email messages?

When creating messages to send to your recipients, you can use tokens which will automatically be replaced by specific information when the email is sent.

For example, using the #RecipientFirstName# token in your email will result in this being automatically replaced by the first name of the relevant recipient in each email sent.

Please note that to be able to use some tokens you will need to have provided the necessary information when setting up your contact lists (eg recipient's First Name and Last Name) and projects (eg. Trainer, Training Dates etc).

Available tokens are:

Recipient and Sender Information:

#RecipientFirstName#

#RecipientLastName#

#SenderFirstName#

#SenderLastName#

#SenderEmail#

Evaluation and Project Information:

#Course/SessionName#

#Trainer#

#StartDate# (the day the training began)

#EndDate# (the day the training finished)

#NoOfQuestions# (number of questions in the evaluation)

Time:

#Date# (current date)

#OneDayForward#

#TwoDaysForward#

#ThreeDaysForward#

#OneWeekForward#

#TenDaysForward#

#TwoWeeksForward#

#OneMonthForward#

Evaluation and Report Links:

#EvaluationLink# (can only be used in evaluation invitations and follow ups/reminders)

#PDFLink# (creates a link to a PDF of the respondent's previous response to the current evaluation. Can be useful with follow ups to remind respondents of their previous answers)

#CustomReportLink# (can only be used in report shares)

#CustomReportPDFLink# (can only be used in report shares)
