How do I copy contacts from an existing Contact List?

To copy contacts from an existing contacts list you will need to create a new contact list and copy the existing contacts into this list. To do this follow these steps:

Step 1

On the main Address Book page, click on the [Create Contact List] button.

Step 2

Enter a name for your new Contact List, then select the ‘Copy an Existing Contact List’ option. From the dropdown menu that appears, select the list you want to copy.

Step 3

Select whether you want to copy all the contacts in the list or only those that match other criteria. Then click the [Next] button.

Your contact list will be created with the selected contacts, and if you wish to you can add to and edit this list in the usual way.
