What is the difference between using the Address Book to collect responses and sending the evaluation as an email link?

One key difference is that using the Address Book allows you to track who responds to your evaluation and to send follow ups and reminders. However, this method does not allow for responses to be anonymous as users can be identified by their Email address and any other information stored in the Address Book (this information appears at the top of their response when viewing individual responses).

Sending an Email link does not identify who responds (unless you place a question in the evaluation to ask respondents for their personal details), so this method can be useful if you need to send evaluations where the results must be anonymous.

Another key difference is that the Address Book uses TrainingCheck’s internal mailing system, whereas an Email link must be pasted into an external Email program, such as MS Outlook, Windows Live Mail etc.
