How can I add a logo to an evaluation?

Please note: Adding a logo is a PRO feature.

To add a logo to your online evaluations, follow these steps:

To add a logo to your evaluation you need to provide a link to an existing image. For example, I notice that there is an image on the United Biscuits Careers website that you might wish to use - the URL for this image is:
http://www.ubcareers.com/App_Themes/ubcareers/images/career-opportunities/careerOpportunities1.jpg
The link URL should be entered in the "Logo Path" box on the Edit Template page.
You can use any valid link to an existing image provided it is not located behind a secure login, such as an Intranet site. To get the link address for an image, just right click it and select 'Properties'. The URL is shown under 'Address'.
For further information on how to create and edit a template, please see the following FAQ:

I hope this answers your question, but if I can help any further please just let me know.
Kind regards

  • Click on the My Projects tab and then on the title of any project which contains at least one evaluation. This will open the Manage Evaluations page
  • On the Manage Evaluations page, click on the [Edit] icon next to the name of any evaluation.
  • On the Edit Evaluation page, click the Manage Templates link (located to the right of the 'Select a template' dropdown menu)
  • On the Manage Templates page, click the [Create Template] button at the top right of the page
  • On the Create Template page, choose either the 'Create a new template' option to create a completely new template, or the ‘Copy an existing template’ option to modify an existing template. Click [Next]
  • Once on the Edit Template page you can add your logo using either of the following methods:

Option 1: Under 'Logo Path' enter the path (web address) of your logo, eg http://www.yourwebsite.com/yourlogo.jpg

Tip: To get the web address for an image, right click it and select 'Properties'. The URL is shown under 'Address'.

Note: You can use any valid link to an existing image provided it is not located behind a secure login, eg an Intranet site.

Option 2: Copy your logo from an existing website and paste it into the 'Header' textbox (you will find this at the bottom of the Edit Template page).

Tip: To copy your logo from an existing website, right click the image and choose 'Copy image'.

  • Once you have added your logo, click the [Done] button at the bottom of the page to save your changes. You will then be able to select the new template with your logo from the drop down list on the Evaluation Options page.

Notes:

1) Logos cannot be added to printed evaluations.

2) To add more than one logo to a template you will need to use Option 2 above, ie copy and paste each logo into the 'Header' textbox.
