How can I copy and existing evaluation or project?

Note: When you copy an existing evaluation or project the original is not changed in any way. All content and results data is preserved.

Copy an Existing Project

Copying an existing project allows you to duplicate all the evaluations within the project and also all the project setup details such as the training type, location, trainer etc.

To copy one of your existing projects follow these steps:

1) Click the Create Project tab at the top left of any page

2) Enter a name for your new project, then choose the option to ‘Copy an existing project’

3) Select the project you want to copy from the dropdown menus

4) Click the Next button at the bottom of the page. The selected project will be copied and you can then use it unchanged or edit it to meet your needs.

Copy an Existing Evaluation

To copy one of your existing evaluations follow these steps:

1) From within your chosen project, click the Create Evaluation button at the top of the page

2) Enter a name for your new evaluation, then choose the option to ‘Copy an existing evaluation’

3) Select the evaluation you want to copy from the dropdown menus.

4) Click the Next button at the bottom of the page. The selected evaluation will be copied and you can then use it unchanged or edit it to meet your needs.
