How can I preview an evaluation?

To preview your evaluation follow these steps:

Step 1

Click on the My Projects tab and then on the title of the project which contains your evaluation. This will open the project.

Step 2

Click the [Edit] icon located to the right of the title of your evaluation. This opens the Edit Evaluation page.

Step 3

Click on the [Preview] button at the top of the page. This will launch the evaluation and you will be able to view it as if you were a respondent.

NOTES:

Any responses entered while previewing your evaluation are not recorded in the database, so they cannot be seen eg in the Analyse section or within reports.

If you want to test recording responses to your evaluation (eg so that you can view the results), the easiest way to do this is to enter responses via the ‘Add Data Manually’ function on the Collect Responses page. You can also use any of the other response collection options on that page.
