How do I add a question from the Question Library into an evaluation?

To add questions from the Question Library into an evaluation, follow these steps:

Step 1

Click on the My Projects tab and then on the title of the project which contains the evaluation you want to modify. This will open the project.

Step 2

Click the [Edit] icon located to the right of the title of your evaluation. This opens the Edit Evaluation page and the evaluation is ready for editing.

Step 3

Click the [Add Question] button in the location where you would like to add the Question Library question. This opens the Add Question page. Choose the [Copy Question from Library] button.

Step 4

Select the question(s) you want to add to the evaluation by choosing from the ‘Topic’, ‘Section’ and ‘Question’ dropdown lists (to add more than one question hold down the Control button on your keyboard and click to select the questions). Then click the [Add] button at the bottom of the page. The questions will be added to your evaluation and will be ready for use/editing.
