How do I add questions to the Question Library?

To add questions to the Question Library, follow these steps:

Step 1

Click on the Question Library tab at the top of any page.

Step 2

To create a new library section to import your questions into, click the [Create Library Section] button and follow the on-screen instructions to create the section.

OR

To import your questions into an existing section, click the [View/Edit Section] icon to the right of the section name.

Step 3

Click the [Add Question] button, then choose from the following options:

o    Create a new question by choosing a question type from the dropdown menu

o    Copy an existing question, e.g. from one of your current evaluations or a TrainingCheck example evaluation

o    Copy another question from the Library, e.g. a question that you may want to change in some way.

Step 4

Use the dropdown menus to find the question(s) you want to import, select them using your mouse/keyboard, then click the [Add] button.

The questions will now appear within the library section and are ready for use.

Step 5

When you have finished making changes, click the [Save & Exit] button at the bottom of the page to exit the library section.
