How do I create an introduction or cover page for my evaluation?

You can create introductions to evaluations in two ways:

1. To create a short evaluation introduction, on the Edit Evaluation page click the [Edit page title/introduction] button and enter your text. Note: You must have added at least one item to your evaluation before the button will appear.

2. To create a longer introduction or cover page, on the Edit Evaluation page click the [Add Question] button, then on the Add Question page which opens choose the ‘Presentation – Add a Message’ item type from the dropdown list. You can also choose to add a heading, image, horizontal rule or use HTML in your introduction by choosing the relevant ‘Presentation -’ item type.
