The BASIC plan is completely free. You can create and administer as many evaluations as you want for as long as you want. All evaluations and responses are kept permanently - they do not expire even if you never upgrade to a PRO account.

PRO plans are paid and allow you to use special features (see above). If you cancel a PRO plan it automatically reverts to a free BASIC plan.
