What happens to my evaluations and data when I cancel my subscription?

Once your PRO subscription is cancelled, the PRO features on your account (eg creating custom reports, downloading data, creating templates etc) will be deactivated, but your evaluations and data will remain in the system. You can reactivate PRO features at a later date and everything will be available to you again.

If you have active evaluations for which you may need to download data or create reports, we recommend that you do not cancel your subscription until you are completely finished.
