Can respondents retake an evaluation multiple times?

Yes, you can enable respondents to retake the evaluation as many times as they like. There are 2 ways to do this:

Option 1: Add a [Retake] button to the end of the evaluation.

Adding a [Retake] button to the end of an evaluation allows users to relaunch the evaluation (previous data will be saved) and enter new responses. New responses can be entered an unlimited number of times, and each response will be available to view within the Analyse section.

To add a [Retake] button to your evaluation:

• Click on the My Projects tab and then on the title of the project which contains your evaluation. This will open the project.
• Click the [Options] icon located to the right of the title of your evaluation.
• Scroll to the 'Evaluation Completion' section, and select the 'Allow Retake' option. This will add the [Retake] button to the evaluation completion page.

You can choose to remove the button at any time by deselecting the 'Allow Retake' option.

Option 2: Use an Email or Web Page/Pop Up Link and allow multiple responses per computer.

You can choose to allow multple responses per computer when collecting responses to your evaluation by either sending an email link or by adding a web page/pop up link to your website. This will enable respondents to enter a new response each time they click the evaluation link (previous responses will be saved). Each response will be available to view in the Analyse section.

To allow multiple responses per computer for your evaluation:

• Click on the My Projects tab and then on the title of the project which contains your evaluation. This will open the project.
• Click the [Collect Responses] icon located to the right of the title of your evaluation. This takes you to the Collect Responses options page.
• Choose from either the 'Send an Email Link' or  'Add a web page/popup link to your website' options, and click the corresponding [Get Link] button. This will take you to a page containing the link(s) to your evaluation.
• Choose 'Yes' for the 'Allow multiple responses?' option. The link(s) below will refresh.
• Copy the relevant link and paste it directly into your email/website code. 

Each time the link is clicked the evaluation will launch again from the beginning and a new response can be entered.
