Why do respondents who access a link see responses already filled in?

This scenario may occur if you have collected responses to your evaluation using either an Email Link or Web Page/Pop Up Link and have chosen to allow only one response per computer. Each time the link is clicked on the same computer the previous response will be seen.

For example, Respondent 1 will access the link to complete the evaluation. Respondent 2 will then access the evaluation link on the same computer to reveal the previous respondent's answers.

If respondents are sharing computers, you will need to change the link settings to Allow Multiple Responses per Computer. That way a new evaluation will open each time the link is opened.
