Why does my evaluation say it is currently ‘not live’?

If clicking on the evaluation link returns a ‘Evaluation is Not Live’ message, check the following evaluation settings:

  • Firstly, on the Manage Evaluations page check that the ‘Status’ column located to the left of the evaluation title says ‘Open’. If it says ‘Closed’, click on the [OPEN] button in the ‘Manage’ column to the left. This will change the evaluation status to ‘Open’ and allow responses to the evaluation.

  • Next, check that the evaluation End Date has not passed. To do this, click the [Options] icon located to the right of the title of your evaluation and check the date in the ‘End Date’ row . If you need to change the date you can do so by clicking on the date picker.
