Why does my evaluation time-out or not fully load a page?
If respondents report issues of time-outs or unloaded pages, then this may be due to one of the following reasons:
Some respondents' computers or browsers may have time-out settings. Where possible, these would need to be adjusted by the respondent or local system administrator.
The evaluation design may be extremely long with many questions or images on a page. This could result in slower page loading times or potential issues on the respondents' end. In this case you should consider reducing the overall length of the evaluation and/or size and number of images on each page, eg by increasing the number of pages.
Matrix/Ratings/Dropdown questions may be too long, resulting in slow loading times. If you need to create more than 15 rows for one of these question types, consider breaking it up into multiple questions instead.
