Why don’t responses show the contact information of the respondent?

There are only two ways in which contact information for the respondent will be shown within responses:

• You include questions in your evaluation that ask for this information. In this case this information will appear within the Analyse section (both in Responses Overview and Browse Responses) and in any reports you create which include these questions.

• You collect responses using the TrainingCheck mailservers (ie. using the Address Book). In this case the contact information stored in the Address Book will appear above individual responses within the Analyse section. This information will not appear in any reports you create.
