Why is the evaluation URL not an active hyperlink in the invitation email?
When sending the evaluation invitation via our mailservers (ie using the Address Book):
If the evaluation link sent via by the TrainingCheck mailserver is not clickable, this is likely to be due to one of the following reasons:
Client Email Settings - The settings of the recipient’s email program may determine if a link is clickable or not. In this case, recipients can try copying and pasting the link into a new browser’s web address bar instead.
Incorrect HTML - If you have used HTML in creating your evaluation invitation message, please check that the evaluation link has been correctly coded. Note: It is not possible to substitute the #EvaluationLink# token with an HTML link.
For example, you cannot use <a href=”#EvaluationLink#”>here is a link to the evaluation</a>
When sending the evaluation invitation via an Email Link:
If you have used your usual email program to send an Email Link to your evaluation to respondents and the link is not clickable, this is likely to be due to one of the following reasons:
Client Email Settings - The settings of the recipient’s email program may determine if a link is clickable or not. In this case, recipients can try copying and pasting the link into a new browser’s web address bar instead.

The link was not activated – To activate the link you will need to place a hard return after the link. To do this press the Return key on your keyboard after the URL is entered. This highlights and underlines the link and it will be activated.
