Within the Track+Remind page, why is the Response Count greater than the Sent Count?

The Response Count can be greater than the Sent Count if you have chosen to add a [Retake] button to evaluations sent using your Address Book.

Each time the respondent clicks the [Retake] button a new response is registered and the Response Count will increase by 1, but the Sent Count will remain the same as the evaluation has not been resent to the Respondent.

You can choose to add/remove a [Retake] button to an evaluation via the Evaluation Options page.
