Creating an Evaluation
It's easy to create your training evaluation with TrainingCheck. You can copy one of our example evaluations or create your own from scratch by selecting from a wide range of question types, including multiple choice, rating scales, and open-ended questions. The question options allow you to require answers and randomise answer choices. You can also change the evaluation design, add your own logo, and save custom templates to use on all your evaluations.
Creating a New Evaluation
When you are ready to begin creating an evaluation, click on the [Create Evaluation] button which can be found within any of your evaluation projects (click on the 'My Projects' tab for a list of your projects. If you haven't already created a project, just click on the 'Create Project' tab in the top left menu and follow the steps.).
You will be able to choose between the following options:
Create a new evaluation from scratch – this will create a blank evaluation form which you can add your questions into.
Copy an existing evaluation – this option will allow you to copy any evaluations you have already created in TrainingCheck
Use a TrainingCheck example - this will allow you to copy one of the example evaluations provided.
Give your evaluation a name and click the [Next] button.
Add Questions to the Evaluation
Click the [Add Question] button in the location on the page you want your question to display. When the Add Question page opens, select which question type you want from the drop-down menu, or you can also choose to copy existing questions or add questions from the Question Library.
Once you have chosen your question type/question, you will be able to format it by adding/changing the question text, answer choices, etc.
Any time you click the [Save] button it saves your questions and evaluation design up to that point. If you leave your account and login later, your evaluation is saved under the My Projects section (just click on the name of your project to find your evaluation). You can then pick up where you left off.
