Below are the most commonly asked questions about our BASIC and PRO plans and pricing. If you would like to ask us something else, please just contact us.

How does the free BASIC account work?

After you create an account, you get instant access to TrainingCheck for free. You’ll have full use of all the features you need to create and send out your training evaluation and analyse the results. Some of the more advanced features available to PRO account holders won’t be available to you, but you can choose to upgrade at any time if you would like to have these activated. We don't require a credit card to sign up for a BASIC account, so you can use TrainingCheck obligation-free.

What is the difference between PRO Annual and PRO Monthly plans?

Both plans have the same features. The only difference is how you pay.

With the annual plan you pay for a year in advance, and in return you get a discount. The monthly plan is paid in advance each month.

There are no long term contracts - you can cancel at any time. Your service will continue up to the end of your current pre-paid period, and then it will cease and you will not be re-billed. 

I only evaluate training every now and then, can I just pay for PRO features when I need them?

Yes you can. If you only need PRO features for a short time, eg to run an ad hoc report or download some response data, then you can just sign up for a month and cancel your account when you are done. Your account will then continue as a completely free BASIC account with all your existing data in tact.

Can I cancel my PRO subscription at any time?

Yes you can. One of the great things about TrainingCheck is that you can cancel your subscription at any time and reactivate it at a later date if you need to. In the meantime your account will simply go back to being a free BASIC account with more limited features. None of your data will be deleted. Once your subscription has been cancelled you will only be charged until the end of the current billing period.

How will you bill me?

We offer both monthly and annual billing. You can pay for your plan by credit or debit card online. With our annual plan you also have the option of email/paper invoicing.

My organization already has an account, can I link to it?

Yes you can, but both the existing account and the new one ahould be PRO accounts (either annual or monthly). Just enter the existing account reference number (found on their My Account page) during the new account setup process. The accounts will then be automatically linked, allowing you to collaborate with your colleagues. If you don’t have the account reference number handy, you can send it to us later (support@trainingcheck.com) and we’ll be happy to link the accounts for you.

We would like to purchase multiple user accounts (logins) – do you offer discounts?

There are no limits to the number of users who can access each user account (login) you purchase, but if you need several user accounts (eg to cover different parts of your business) we offer the following discounts:

  • 5 + user accounts = -  10%
  • 10 + user accounts = - 15%
  • 20 + user accounts = - 20%
  • 50 + user  accounts = - 30%

We will automatically apply the discount during the payment process. We will also automatically link and set up collaboration features between the new accounts.

We're a non-profit organization, can we get a discount?

Yes, a discount of 10% off annual subscriptions is available to non-profit organizations, eg not-for-profits, charities, public sector organizations, government agencies etc. If you are interested in taking advantage of this discount please email your request and appropriate documentation to us at sales@trainingcheck.com and we will be happy to set you up.

Do you offer a managed service or consultancy support?

Yes, we are able to offer customers in the UK and Europe both managed services and consultancy support to optimize training evaluation processes and outcomes. For more information, please contact us at sales@trainingcheck.com.
