Security Statement

TrainingCheck takes users’ privacy concerns very seriously. For this reason we only collect data as required to improve our users’ experience. How we collect and use data is governed by our strict Privacy PolicyFor specific information on our GDPR compliance processes please also see our GDPR page.

We have worked hard to ensure that your data is kept safe and secure. To protect user data during transmission we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. In addition, all users must create a unique username and password that must be entered each time they log in. A session "cookie" is used to record encrypted authentication information for the session, but this does not include either the username or password of the user.

TrainingCheck is hosted in a secure Tier 1 Data Centre environment behind a firewall. A Tipping Point intrusion detection system is used, along with several levels of physical access security including 24-hour video surveillance.

However, no method of electronic storage on any system or of data transmission over the Internet is perfectly secure.  Therefore we are not able to guarantee absolute security.  If we learn of a security systems breach that affects certain users, then we will attempt to notify those users electronically so that they can take appropriate protective steps.  We may also post a notice on our website if a security breach occurs.

If you have any questions about security on the TrainingCheck website, please email us at support@trainingcheck.com.
